Carved along the rolling hills and majestic pines of a professional golf course, sits this transitional kitchen. Complete with cathedral ceilings, skylights, dual color cabinets, and an extra large center island. Centered within the island you will find a built-in cooktop and enough room to serve three additional guests. Accent custom crown molding with matching backsplash treatments add to the modern flavor kitchen. Additional entertaining and dining areas add to the expansion of the set, designed by Jodie Miller, Myra Jewell and Jim Milius, and constructed and photographed by Whirlpool Photo Services.
This kitchen was designed to be extremely modular and flexible, allowing for many configurations in both refrigeration and cooking areas, multiple countertop configurations, including one for both gas and electric cooktops. Double oven configurations as well as twin single-ovens in a modular wall unit, give it an even more modern twist. Multiple refrigeration set-ups have also been considered, this set is designed to handle both freestanding and built-in products. As the set expands into other areas it has the ability to house almost any undercounter products desired, and floating walls to create many adjacent room scenarios.
